Occupational Safety & Health Consultants Register was created in response to the Government's Common Sense,Common Sense report, presented by Lord Young. In his report, Lord Young refers to having as an aim of his report to "Free businesses from unnecessary bureaucratic burdens and the fear of having to pay out unjustified damages claims and legal fees" DSM Ltd support this aim by its membership of the consultants register and having a problem-solving attitude.
